General Terms and Conditions

Tac Defence Inc.

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Tac Defence Inc., a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United States (the “Seller”), and any customer (“Customer” or “Buyer”) who purchases products through the Seller’s online store (the “E-shop”).

By placing an order through the E-shop, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders placed through the E-shop constitute an offer to purchase products.
A binding purchase contract is formed only when the Seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation to the Customer’s email address.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the E-shop are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices do not include sales tax, customs duties, or other applicable charges unless explicitly stated. Any such taxes or fees are the responsibility of the Customer and will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the E-shop at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The Seller ships products to addresses within the United States and to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that:

  • the products are unused,

  • in original condition,

  • and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product supplied by the Seller.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned goods have been inspected and approved.

Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. Such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

6. Defective Goods and Claims

If the Customer receives defective or damaged goods, they must notify the Seller without undue delay by contacting customer support and providing relevant documentation (photos, order number, description of defect).

If the claim is accepted, the Seller may, at its discretion:

  • replace the product,

  • refund the purchase price, or

  • offer another appropriate remedy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the E-shop or purchased products.

The Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
By using the E-shop, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or purchases made through the E-shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United States.

11. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of order placement shall apply to that order.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
