Intel Pouch Chesty is a chest-mounted phone pouch for plate carriers, designed to let you use your device controlled and securely during operations.
When the device is placed inside and the pouch is fully sealed, it remains in a zero-signal environment and cannot connect to any network. When you need a quick glance at a map or an order, you can open the pouch one-handed, the phone briefly regains connectivity, and once closed, the pouch returns it to full RF silence.
The internal insert is built from a multi-layer conductive textile forming a continuous Faraday cage. A proper seal is essential to block cellular networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, NFC, RFID, and UWB. Inside, a magnetic dock with a non-slip pad secures the device, prevents movement during dynamic operations, and allows quick extraction—even with gloves.
Intel Pouch Chesty mounts directly to MOLLE on the plate carrier’s front panel, staying tight to the chest with no wobble. Controls are designed to be operated with the support hand, without changing your firing grip. The entire construction is quiet and low-profile to eliminate unwanted noise or interference with gear.
In practice, the workflow is straightforward: open, check, close. The phone connects only during the small window when the pouch is open; otherwise, it remains completely isolated from all signals.
