The SupSleeve is a multispectral suppressor sleeve engineered to reduce a suppressor’s thermal and IR signature after firing. It is built from InfraHex StealthTextile, paired with a carbon-based FR substrate that increases resistance to short-term thermal shock and slows burn-through. Its purpose is to mask a hot suppressor—one of the most easily identifiable elements of a weapon system on thermal imagers.

After short firing strings, a suppressor reaches high temperatures and produces a bright, high-contrast thermal signature. The SupSleeve reduces this contrast and disrupts the suppressor’s shape, making it blend more effectively into the surrounding environment. Three adjustable straps allow the sleeve to fit most modern suppressors, and excess strap length can be trimmed as needed.

The SupSleeve can be used as a standalone solution for low and moderate firing cadence, or as an outer multispectral layer over a primary thermal suppressor cover. This combination provides the best overall results—thermal protection from the inner layer with enhanced IR suppression from the SupSleeve. It is lightweight, quick to mount, and does not interfere with weapon handling or movement after firing.

  • Instructions for Use

    1. Ensure the suppressor is not excessively hot.
    2. Unpack the SupSleeve and prepare the straps.
    3. Wrap the sleeve around the suppressor or around the base thermal cover.
    4. Tighten all three straps so the sleeve fits securely.
    5. Trim any excess strap length.
    6. Verify that the sleeve does not interfere with sights or moving weapon components.
    7. After firing, inspect the sleeve for heat damage or wear.

FAQ

Yes, for low to moderate cadence. For higher heat loads, pair it with a thermal suppressor cover.

Yes. It is designed to reduce thermal contrast after firing sequences.

No. It is not intended to prevent burns or enable direct handling of a hot suppressor.

Not recommended. Extremely hot suppressors may damage the sleeve.

To ensure a secure, universal fit across a wide range of suppressor diameters.
